Hi everyone,
There are lots of things that i could tell about the positive side of this art, so here's one of them: it simply makes you happier by giving you some kind of calmness that is really missing from today's life. You do your job, study and do a lot of things, running all day long and don't really stop... to just take a breath and relax. But going to the dojo is like taking that breath, leave all your problems behind for that 1,5-2 hours, and when the training is over, you are full of energy and relaxed at the same time, and see that everything in life is so natural and simple. Today was my first training after about a six week long break, and it was awesome.
